一、用途/usage

　　　該機（jī）器主要用於天地蓋包裝紙盒的生產加工，廣泛應用於服裝鞋（xié）類包裝盒；  工藝品、日用品包（bāo）裝盒；電（diàn）子、電器包裝盒；以及五金、標準件等需要包裝的產品盒類的加工製（zhì）作。

The machine is mainly used in the production and processing of the box for the sky and earth cover packaging, which is widely used in the packaging of clothing and footwear; the packaging of handicrafts and daily necessities; the packaging of electronics and electrical appliances; and the processing and production of the boxes for products requiring packaging such as hardware and standard parts.

二、主要功能/Features：

1、全進口諾智（zhì）能噴膠係統（tǒng），實現自動噴膠補嚐（cháng）功能；

2、紙板自動（dòng）進料，連貫作業進紙、包邊、折耳及折入成（chéng）型動（dòng）作一次（cì）性完成；

3、采用PLC可編程序控製器（qì）、光電跟蹤係統、氣源檢（jiǎn）測運行係統、觸摸屏人機界麵，實施天地蓋紙盒成型全過程自動化；

4、紅外安全保護係統，確保人員操作安全；

5、自動故障診斷功能；

6、快速（sù）換模調節裝置;

7、機架組合式設計，整體加工，分組式結合；

8、整機（jī）占地麵積小，穩定性佳。
